Street cooking returns to the cloister
Activity open to all and free of charge
Open and participative cooking session, to cook, get dirty and share an aperitif with the aim of researching and discussing the food that migrates with us, experimenting with recipes from different cultures.
On this occasion we invite the Empatravas collective to cook, in the Cloister and with the help of some of the artists of the Utopia Rambles exhibition and the people who want to join us, a locro. This is a stew of pre-Hispanic origin typical of various Andean peoples, based on pumpkin, white corn, beans, vegetables... originally from the highlands of the Andes, in Argentina, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia and south-western Colombia.
Come to cut, stir, taste and create together a moment of shared food.
