The "mobile kitchen" of the resident artists of the Santa Mònica Gastronomy Guild will mix with the experimental sound art of Oscar Martín, a.k.a. Noish, to offer a unique gastronomic and performative experience for this celebratory evening.
The installation will invite you to interact and listen attentively to the recordings of the human-machine-brine process and explore the nourishing power of the links and re-flows with the environment we co-inhabit.
