Memorias difusas

Nora Daoud & Soukaina Sentissi

Obra

12 October 2023 - 31 January 2024

The home is a place where the most intimate memories are revealed. These individual memories tell a universal story that materializes according to the experience of each one of us.
They are two images that converse with sound.

Both the use of multi-exposure and the intervention on the second photo are not random; they allow us to erase that border between different experiences and territories, and turn it into a malleable object. The layers come together on the same plane, intermingling, blurring. It is a reflection on the journey, both the fact of moving and the way of "inhabiting" or "feeling part" of one or different spaces; the result of a mixture of experiences that makes one define oneself.
