Collective performance for the activation of archives
Activity open to everyone and free of charge
Activation in different formats (audiovisuals, texts, images, collages, etc.) of different materials and archives that cross the research of the Cosmographies group (Nancy Garin, Jesús Arpal, Antoine Silvestre) in dialogue with different agents who work from different visions around the prison/s: Ainhoa Douhaibi, Xose Quiroga and Gelen Jeleton.

Ainhoa Douhaibi
Social educator and teacher. She is an independent researcher on the structural relationship between racism, criminalisation, state and capitalism through the analysis of different institutional racist devices.
She is co-author with Salma Amazian of the book Islamofobia de Estado y prevención antiterrorista. She has also participated in the collective publications Dejadnos crecer: Menores migrantes bajo tutela institucional; and Paremos los vuelos. Las deportaciones de inmigrantes y el boicot a Air Europa.
Xose Quiroga
Xose Quiroga (Ourense 1979), graduate in Law and Higher Technician in Artistic Photography, has participated in group exhibitions in several countries.
Co-director of the Institute for Neighbourhood Monitoring of Contaminated Spaces, founding member of the photographic collective Groundpress, coordinator of the Voizes Archive and member of the cooperative Càmeres i Acció.
His work aims to create spaces of tension to explore notions of race, class, nationality and gender, and to analyse social behaviour as a structure based on mechanisms of inclusion and exclusion. She carries out several research projects that question the system of control of international migration, the measures subsequently adopted by the states of the receiving countries and their societies.
Gelen Jeleton
Gelen Jeleton (María Ángeles Alcántara Sánchez, Murcia, 1975) Part of the Jeleton team together with Jesús Arpal Moya in the "Equipo Jeleton "* since 1999. Author of the doctoral thesis Una Archiva del DIY: autoedición y autogestión en una fanzinoteca feminista-cuir. Stayed at the PUEG (Programa Universitario de Estudios de Género) at the UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México) in 2014. During those years she worked on "Mujeres en espiral: sistema de justicia, perspectiva de género y nuevas pedagogías" (Women in spiral: justice system, gender perspective and new pedagogies). There she developed the edition of Leelatu#1 and Leelatu#2: work carried out in the women's prison Santa Martha Acatitla, a collaboration that continued with her postdoctoral scholarship until 2021, editing the book Lo crudo, lo cocido y lo finamente picado. Sabores y Sinsabores de las mujeres en prisión and the creation of "Archiva la Presa" and the development of the fanzinoteca of the CIEG, UNAM.
