Water and fire in Bromera i Salivera

We invite you, in the framework of the monthly meeting of the Santa Monica Fermentation Network, to share a proposal for an extended moment where we will explore and taste the crossings between the practices of fermentation, distillation and oracles. Ancestral technologies that make possible situations and moments in which we materialise the relationships between organisms and the environment, in the scope of the real and the everyday. An invitation to be together in the same place and at the same time, to affect each other, to collectively practice presence, patience and care, to give time and space to metabolic processes and make them last.
