Vegetable snacks

Herbal macerates and revitalising tonics with and without alcohol: we propose that we take over the aperitif, whet your appetite together, talk about the medicinal power of macerating plants and prepare our own herbal and probiotic drinks and fermented herbal products from scratch. We will do this with local ingredients and talk about their origin, process, the traditions associated with them and how we can adapt them to our uses and needs.
