Famous scientists are often men; they win the Nobel prize, speak at conferences, give interviews, and most importantly inspire the next generation of scientists. What about the women scientists? Are they less successful? Are they less visible, or less celebrated? Curiously enough, women students at the university perform better than their men fellows, and represent half of the PhD holders in Spain. But why are they underrepresented in leading positions in research as well as in companies?

Acknowledging Ada Lovelace day to celebrate women contributions in technology and science. Take this opportunity and discuss with scientists from academia and industry on how to encourage, support, and praise women scientists.
