This laboratory is a space for transformation, healing and awareness. The theme that each person needs to transmute will be channelled and different exercises will be carried out, which move between the artistic and the esoteric, to facilitate mental and energetic reprogramming, opening up to expanded states of consciousness.

Art is a medium that uses symbolic language and brings us closer to the subtle world, so engaging in awareness-raising and creative practices allows us to connect with a deeper reality and even modify it. The consequence is that our capacity for agency can be greatly expanded.

It is not necessary to have previous experience in the field of dance or meditation (everyone will get to a different place), but it is necessary to be open to change and to share experiences with the group.

Elisa Arteta is a choreographer. She has focused on reflecting on the body from the body itself, opening up to other fields beyond the performing arts, such as video and sound art. She seeks to embody thoughts and analyse sensations, which has led her to awaken her spiritual capacities and also to dedicate herself to channelling, energetic healing and journeys of consciousness. From 2016 to 2022 he was part of the Huarte Centre's management team, and is currently working on his doctoral thesis on the expansion of perception and the development of non-hegemonic knowledge.
