Postal Brindis is a workshop and the walk, an image and the object, a person and the story: address and hole. The artist Enric Farrés Duràn will offer a workshop on the postcard as an editorial format and artistic experimentation. Postal Brindis will consist of a walk along the Ramblas, during which a postcard will be made and then a message will be written and sent to a recipient.

The workshop stems from the exhibition Utopia Rambles, which is why the walk along the Rambla will be one of the central themes of this workshop.

Postal Brindis is the second workshop in the Edition Guild's Minor Workshops 2022-2023 programme, an initiative that aims to cater for apparently peripheral publishing formats.

Enric Farrés Duran (Palafrugell, 1983) has a degree in Arts and Design from the Escola Massana, a degree in Philosophy and a Masters in Artistic Production and Research from the University of Barcelona. Farrés Duran is an artist and narrator of stories in which reality and fiction end up meeting and changing. In addition to many other formats, the postcard has been and continues to be a very present element in his projects.
