David Benzal is concept artist and illustrator with 15 years of professional experience, he began his career working in one of the studies most important illustration of Barcelona, working for brands like LG, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes, BMW, etc...

In recent years he has highlighted his work as a Concept Art for TV series, publishers, game companies and Hollywood productions such as Walt Disney Studios, HBO,Ubisoft, Netflix, 20th Century Fox, Universal Studios Entertainment, Legendary Pictures and more.

In the last year he has received many awards and accolades from the most important companies in the industry for his artistic work.

Currently, David Benzal, is working on developing several projects to agencies around the world from film,Video games, books, MMO's and more!

18:20h. FRANCO CARLESIMO - Conference: 3D Generalist

Franco Carlesimo Is a 3D generalist artist born in Mar Del Plata Argentina with over 10 years of experience working as a freelance.

For the beginning of his carrier , he started doing illustration,  Motion Graphics, 2D animation, and eventually move in to 3D . After that, he work as a 3D generalist mostly for studios doing commercials for brands such as HBO, Direct TV, The Guardian, Adidas, Game of Thrones, and many others. 

For the last 3 years he is been focusing only in working as a modeler for collectibles.  for companies like Iron Kite, Semic and Legendary Beast studios. Also doing many private commissions.

19:30h. PERSUS NINE - Live Audiovisual (Balcony space)

Musician and producer distinguished by pulling together deep basses and dreamy atmospherics, fast transients and unusual samples.

“Heldscalla” is an hypnotic audio/visual route through mirrored images and sound. Due to the heavy mirroring and manipulation of the original video footage, the eye perceives bits of what once was familiar, but deconstructed and sawn back together in an unusual, unsettling way.

Like the ancient sunken cathedral from which it takes its name, the piece lays on the floor of a deep ocean of inscrutability, mysterious and even dangerous to those who dive in it.
