Lumbre

Spaces for conversation between projects and entities with common research/profiles in order to generate encounters, favour the creation of networks and alliances - with each other and with the general public, especially those not linked to the art world. These spaces do not have a masterly presentation format, but will take the form of internal working sessions.

Lumbre Migra Cartography of landing tools for migrants in the kingdom of Spain.

In the framework of the exhibition "Sleep in the accident that provokes" we decided to focus on migrants' access to housing for this first warm event. We set out to map unofficial support networks and resources for migrants in order to design a publication that projects and organisations could use as a tool for disseminating survival strategies for people arriving in the Kingdom of Spain. For this first Lumbre we invited twelve organisations and agents working on this issue: Top Manta, Migres, Més que cures, Sindillar, En Palabras, Missex, Surt, TicTac, Laia Mota (representative of the Colombian Assembly), Red Juridica Antirasista, SOS Raciame and the Sindicato de Putas Indignadas.
