All the material necessary for the workshop will be provided.
Optional materials that can be brought to decorate: pill box, medicine box, empty blister packs, prescriptions, tea bags, magazines or other things that help with pain and fatigue.
You can also bring a spoon to personalise and display (although recovery is not guaranteed).
The space has chairs with backs and is wheelchair accessible. More information on accessibility at the bottom of the page.
Through handicrafts we will discover together new creative and personalised techniques with which we promote a kinder, funnier and more conscious collective healing.
In this activity we will explore together how to transform pharmaceutical waste into a junk journal, decoration or accessories, and we will decorate our pillboxes to make them look nice and ‘cutesy’, while we talk about our ideas to fight capacitism (and destroy capitalism, by the way, hehe).
Accessibility of the space:
The centre has a ramp and lift to enter and access the different levels.
The lecture room is located on level 2. The room is spacious, with natural light and artificial light generated from zenithal LEDs of neutral-warm colour, and is amplified and soundproofed with direct connection of microphones and loudspeakers.
The toilets are located on level 1 and are suitable for all types of mobility.
