Taller Sarandaca
Obra
Moulds of capgrossos arranged as they were found in Taller Sarandaca. With the passage of time, these universal archetypes have been replaced by representations of public figures, or of villagers, or of historical figures associated with the place. Faced with a turbo-capitalist production that in its acceleration and repetition homogenises the representation of a world, in this case popular culture tends towards the local and the particular, as a strategy to protect itself, self-represent itself and maintain its own memory.
1995-2018
