Una llar d’abraçades, amb la il·lustradora Carmela Márquez Bertoni

Do you feel like drawing? Come and show your art and learn from illustrator Carmela Márquez Bertoni.

Barcelona Dibuixa, Barcelona's big drawing festival, is here. This year's edition focuses on "the embrace" through more than 40 workshops for all tastes and ages in various cultural centres and neighbourhoods of the city.

At the Santa Mònica, the illustrator Carmela Márquez Bertoni will offer a workshop which, linked to the exhibition Donzing on the accidental provocation (15.09.22 - 08.01.23), proposes to draw us embracing the different beings and species that inhabit our homes.

The workshop invites you to draw the diversity of types of hugs that we can give in our homes, representing the gesture but also the act of union of the different beings and species that inhabit them and imagining possible future relationships that could arise.

And you, who or what would you hug?

Workshop within the programme of Barcelona Dibuixa, as part of the Santa Mònica's exhibition cycle Dozing on the accidental provocation.

Organized by Santa Mònica and the Institute of Culture. Barcelona City Council.
