We are at a time in history when concern about mental health and all that has to do with "psi" is more present than ever. The individual aspects of this malaise are being talked about more and more. This phenomenon is called "psychologisation", popularised also thanks to the role that social networks are playing in our lives. Together with Jara Aithany Pérez, we will speculate on the consequences of this rise of mental health in our conversations. Is there a hyper-use of psychological terminology and an instrumentalisation of our discomfort? And finally, what alternatives do we have to work in a healthy way with our discomfort?

Jara Aithany Pérez has a degree in psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She is the author of "La locura como superpoder" published in 2019 by Cúpula Libros (Planeta), she coordinates the Fanzine Fango in which different writers talk about their suffering and emotional vulnerability. During 2019 - 2020 she carried out the project @enelfango. A public space on social networks aimed at making emotional discomfort visible. She is currently researching and writing about issues related to grief.
