Thursdays of voice and word

Thursdays of voice and word
01 January from 19h - 20h
Dijous de veu i paraula

Thursdays of voice and word is the Santa Mònica's programme dedicated to experimental proposals that explore the symbiosis between voice and language with recitals, readings and performances, free and regular on Thursdays at 7pm in the Sala Bar.

Thursdays of voice and word is a meeting place for audiences, creators, programmers, dilettantes and curious people eager to enjoy an artistic programme in a small format where the human voice is the primary vector of articulation of the spoken word, embodied through poetry, essays, critical thought, theatre and song, in the relaxed and close environment of the Sala Bar.

This programme is in charge of several creators and the collaboration of invited entities, that create a choral and unique work space in the constant construction of collective meanings. The wide-ranging proposals in terms of genres, themes and formats show the diversity and plurality of voices in poetic, theatrical and asagistic creation.

Thursdays of voice and word 2025 is nourished by the proposals of creators regularly invited by: Blanca Llum Vidal, Carla Rovira, Sònia Moya, Sodepau, el PEN Català and the Àrea de Lletres de la Bonne.
