Dijous de veu i paraula

These are two artistic projects that crash into each other and that propose, at least, two things. On the one hand, to summon the violin, the pedals and the voice to make an impertinent mixture that does not intend to abandon tenderness. On the other hand, to move towards post-rock, contemporary classical and the love of the bronca in order to flee from repetition and comfort like someone fleeing from the plague.

With the participation of Blanca Llum Vidal and Sara Fontán

Blanca Llum Vidal (1986) was born in Barcelona. She studied Social Work, Catalan Philology and a Master's degree in Contemporary Thought. She has recited all over Catalonia and Spain, in Ukraine, Santiago de Chile and Buenos Aires. He has published La cabra que hi havia, Nosaltres i tu, Homes i ocells, Visca!, Punyetera flor, Maripasoula (crònica d’un viatge a la Guaiana francesa), Aquest amor que no és u / Este amor que no es uno (translated by Berta García Faet), Amor a la brega, La princesa sou Vós / La princesa sois Vos (translated by Unai Velasco), Llegir petit i escriure sobre literatura i amor and No cometràs adulteri.

Sara Fontán
The violinist's profession requires a clear understanding of Itzhak Perlman's maxim: ‘What you learn slowly, you forget slowly’. For 33 years he has lived with music and explored its possibilities in all kinds of styles and formats, from classical to experimental rock, including electronic music and dance. To his violin with dozens of effects are added synthesizers and electronic bases that have the talent to move through abstraction, giving freedom to the spectator to interpret and feel it in a personal way.
