Bromera i Salivera

Once a month we meet at Santa Mònica with the intention of populating it with life, from the ferments we make and share.

We invite you to participate in this space open to the neighbourhood and to all those interested in fermentation, in collective processes and in weaving a network from food.

Generating a breeding ground inside and outside the fermenting jars, we propose to be inspired by these transformative dynamics that link the microscopic with the global.

We offer a space to talk, to exchange, to learn from each other, to ask questions and even, eventually, to draw some conclusions, where everyone is welcome.

If you wish (although it is not essential) you can bring some ferment or some food that you want to ferment, or empty glass jars with lids.
