Staring at the bin

The installation Staring at the bin, by composer Meriel Price, is performed by FRAMES Percussion and is based on video recordings made during the year 2021 in different spaces in Barcelona.

During the development of the OUT-SIDE cycle, an installation will be shown in Santa Mònica that will bring together the creator Meriel Price and the Barcelona ensemble FRAMES Percussion.  OUT-SIDE has commissioned the composer a new version of her work Staring at the bin, which consists of a series of musical theater situations designed for different public spaces. The installation has been created based on video recordings made during the year 2021 in different spaces of the city of Barcelona.
