Show of the latest album by Barcelona Clarinet Players.
“Égloga – New Flamenco for Clarinets and Voice” is the latest album by Barcelona Clarinet Players. It arises from the curiosity of the members of this young formation for the search of new challenges and music sonorities.
For that purpose, BCP commissioned various works to the renowned composer Enric Palomar proposing a project with flamenco cantaor. As a result, a monographic album has been created with works by this Catalan composer living in Berlin.
BCP join forces with one of the promises of the current cante flamenco, Pere Martínez, which the BCPs already knew for their collaboration in their first CD "Toma Café - Iturralde for Clarinets".
The disc has been published by the record label SatéliteK.
