Since January 1990, ArtFutura, the festival of Digital Culture and Creativity, has explored the most interesting projects and ideas that have come up on the international panorama of New Media, Virtual Reality, Interactive Design and Digital Animation.

Digital Creatures

After “Digital Creatures”, the exhibition presented during four months in Rome, arrives the festival that opens on October 20 in more than 20 cities.

The audiovisual program of ArtFutura 2017 is presented in all the cities where the festival takes place and includes the latest in digital creativity: 3D animation, video clips, motion graphics and everything related to new aesthetics.

Digital Creatures

A special program about the exhibition of digital art recently presented in Rome at ExDogana. Including works by Can Buyükberber, Paul Friedlander, Esteban Diácono, Sachiko Kodama, Chico Mac Murtrie / Amorphic Robot Works and Universal Everything.

 

3D Futura Show

Each year, the 3D Futura Show presents the international leading works in computer animation and reflects the evolution, both technical and in content, of this creative field. A genre that surprises us every year with its originality and technical capability.

 

Futura Graphics

Digital animations, experimental shorts, videoclips, new aesthetics and mixed works. Futura Graphics tries to highlight annually the most brilliant shorts in the pursuit of new languages.

 

ArtWorks

Virtual Reality, New Media, Performance…  The Artworks program shows new forms of documenting the digital creativity of our time. And it does so by generating new ways of experiencing and sensing the artistic experience.

 

Schools

A new section dedicated to works of the best schools of computer graphics and special effects in the international scene.
