Workshop to create banners and slogans for the Mani-procession of consumption with a soul. Combining art and demonstration, Stephanie Senge invites us to talk about our consumer habits, our trash and our way of treating them. For this purpose, she proposes us to become goddesses and gods of transmutation, transforming things and valuing their more spiritual side, and invites us to create slogans and build figures of the most varied kind with garbage that pay homage to various religions and their cosmogony.

Stephanie Senge designs this procession-manifestation of consumption as an artistic action, with art as a tool where abstraction, surrealism and humor converge, and the feeling of community. At the end of the demonstration there will be a "ritualof gratitude".
Drap-Art'16. International Festival of Recycling Art of Catalonia will be held from December 16 to 30, 2016, with its main headquarters at the Center for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona, CCCB.
This year Drap-Art reaches its 13th edition in its current format and celebrates that it has been organizing festivals for 20 years. It will maintain its usual format of 8 modalities that bring us closer to creative recycling: collective exhibitions of works of art and objects of design made with recycled materials, interventions in public space, a space for reflection, participatory workshops, performances, audiovisuals, environmental cinema. Its traditional Christmas market will be moved to Plaza Real, from 23 to 30 December (25, closed) and in the hall of the CCCB there will be instead a weekend of live creation, on December 16, 17 and 18 , in memory of its first festival, the Marathon of Creative Recycling of Barcelona.
